Aatif Hassan

August Equity

Aatif joined August Equity in 2005 and led the Active Assistance, Enara, Funeral Services Partnership, Independent Vetcare and Lifeways Community Care investments and worked on the Healthcare Homes Group, Imagine Publishing, and Planit Holdings investments. He is a member of the Investment Committee.

Aatif joined from Close Brothers Corporate Finance where he worked within the M&A and Corporate Restructuring group. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, spending over three years in the Strategic Modelling Solutions and Financial Due Diligence teams.

Aatif is a regular speaker at healthcare focused events. Aatif has an honours degree in Mathematics and Economics from Loughborough University.

Aatif is a non executive director of Active Assistance, Enara, Funeral Services Partnership, Independent Vetcare and Lifeways Community Care.
