Charles Bodie

Kelso Place Asset Management

Charles is a Partner of Special Situations investor, Kelso Place Asset Management LLP. Charles joined Kelso Place in 2005 and is responsible for the firm’s deal origination and banking relationships.

Charles started his career at Singer & Friedlander, where he gained extensive experience across a broad range of banking services. Specialising in Structured Finance, he worked alongside management teams and private equity houses, primarily structuring senior debt and mezzanine facilities for UK small/medium corporate buy-outs. His experience also includes fixed income, LBO's, football sector lending and managing a number of corporate work-outs.
