Charles Ind

Bowmark Capital

Charles is founder and managing partner of Bowmark Capital LLP, the mid-market private equity firm. Founded in 1997, Bowmark manages funds totalling approximately £500 million.  It focuses on active investment in UK companies, typically with enterprise values of up to £75 million, in five target sectors: business services, leisure, healthcare, media and IT services.

Charles has over 20 years’ experience of investment, corporate finance and business strategy. Prior to founding Bowmark Capital, he worked in investment banking with Morgan Stanley in London and New York, and in strategic management consultancy with the Boston Consulting Group. He has a BA with First Class Honours from Oxford University, and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
