Cindy Casciani

EquityChair

Cindy joined the team at EquityFD in February 2009 from 3i where she was a Director of the Business Leaders Network.  In 2010 she established EquityChair to focus on the recruitment of Chairmen and Non Executive Directors (NXDs) into private equity backed businesses. 

At 3i, Cindy was responsible for the development and management of their extensive network of Chairmen and Non Executive Directors across the Private Equity (Buyout and Growth Capital) and Venture Capital businesses.

Since establishing EquityChair, Cindy has worked with Private Equity houses to source Chairmen for deals in the business services, investment trust, wholesale distribution, industrial services, healthcare, technology and media sectors.
