Grant Thornton

David is a Partner in Grant Thornton's Corporate Finance team specialising in Private Equity and M&A transactions with a focus on the Support Services sector..  He joined Grant Thornton in 1999 and is responsible for advising management and PE firms on a range of  transitions.  Previously he worked with Gresham Trust where he completed 40 deals comprising a range of mid market Private Equity transactions.  David has 25 years of experience dealing with Private Equity backed companies from both an investment and advisory perspective and has dealt with a number of mid market Private Equity firms including  ECI, August, LDC, Graphite, Gresham, Barclays Private Equity and Hg Capital.
