Dominic leads Sovereign Capital’s healthcare services team and is known as one of the most prolific dealmakers in the mid-cap market.
His investments cover the healthcare spectrum from domiciliary care through to acquired brain injury support and back-to-work physiotherapy. They include: leading domiciliary care provider City & County Healthcare, which has nearly trebled the number of care hours provided in two years; National Fostering Agency, now the UK’s second largest independent fostering agency; and Tracscare, a specialist provider of care for clients with challenging or complex needs, which has seen over 20 bolt-on acquisitions and roll outs.
Other healthcare deals include SENAD, which operates schools and colleges for young people with special educational and complex care needs, Alkare, which provides specialist residential and nursing care, and Select Living Options, which offers services to people with all forms of disabilities.
In the support services sector, Dominic has been involved in the acquisitions of Alcumus Group, a risk management, compliance and certification services provider, Creare Communications, which offers Search Engine Optimisation services, and IMS Group, the regulated consulting provider.
Prior to Sovereign Dominic trained as a Chartered Accountant with Grant Thornton and spent several years at Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance.
