Endless

Endless has four offices across the UK in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds and since its establishment in 2005 it has completed over 35 acquisitions and 20 exits of UK businesses in need of turnaround.  Following on from its 2005 debut fund, in February 2008 Endless raised its first institutional fund of £164m and in July 2011 Endless raised Fund III in just 10 weeks closing at £220m.  Investors include pension funds, family offices, universities and charitable endowments from the USA and across Europe.  Since its formation, Endless has consistently delivered top decile returns for its investors with its best investments to date including Crown Paints, Peter Black International, Amco Engineering, Neville Johnson Office Furniture, H&L Garages and The Works retail chain.  To date Endless has shared over £250m of cash returns with its investors and management teams. Recent Awards include Mid Market PE Firm 2011 at The Unquote Awards, Turnaround House of the Year 2011 at the Real Deals Awards as well as Turnaround of the Year for The Works (2009) and Crown Paints (2010) at the IFT Awards.
