Jamie Austin

BDO

Jamie is a Partner in BDO’s London corporate finance M&A advisory team. He has extensive experience in Private Equity transactions and corporate M&A. Jamie has over eighteen years of corporate finance experience including acquisitions, disposals, structured finance and IPOs. He joined BDO in July 2008 from Ernst & Young’s M&A practice in London where he had been since 1996. He has generated substantial acquisition and disposal activity within the European industrials and pharma services markets.  

He has strong links with mid-market private equity houses. Prior to joining Ernst & Young he acted on 4 IPOs on both AIM and the Official List.
